(1) The amount deposited in the Child Labor Prevention Fund shall be kept in an account opened in any commercial bank of Nepal.
(2) The amount accumulated in the fund shall not be spent elsewhere except for the purpose of sub-section (1) of section 24 of the Act.
(3) The operation of the child labor prevention fund shall be conducted by the joint signature of the chairman of the committee or any member of the committee appointed by him and the member-secretary.
